About
Hamsadhwani is a Chennai-based association that promotes Music, Dance, Drama, and other Performing Arts. With over 1,500 members, it supports artists, scholars, and young people passionate about the arts, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. Hamsadhwani hosts Carnatic music concerts featuring renowned and upcoming artists and organizes an annual festival from January to April, bringing together music lovers and performers across the region.

Our Solutions
In the First Phase, we conducted a thorough requirement analysis and planning phase to understand Hamsadhwani’s unique needs. This included defining specifications for event management, membership, and secure content handling. Wireframes and prototypes were presented to align with Hamsadhwani’s vision before development.
In the Second Phase, we began front-end development using WordPress, prioritizing a responsive, accessible design. The backend included a secure, customizable CMS with API integration, and WhatsApp Business API for enhanced engagement. Membership registration, campaign management, and a customized admin panel were also implemented to streamline Hamsadhwani’s operations.
